PDF Ticket Design Explained
Dynamic Information
Most of the details shown on the PDF ticket come from the information entered in your store. This is intentional. If you need to update your address or email, you can do so in your Shopify location settings, and the changes will be reflected on all tickets.Information lives in one spot and displays everywhere else making updates more streamlined.
Design
The aim was to create a clean design with low ink usage and a large QR code. Customers prefer not to use much ink when printing.
Logo
The logo is automatically taken from the branding section of your store. You also have the option to replace the logo with a custom one at both the product and variant levels using the MeshTix app block.
Product Title
Product title becomes your main event name. This title is pulled from the product.
Variant Title
Variant title appear in this area.
Display Date
The time period for your event or the alternative display date is indicated here.
Customer Information
Basic buyer information is listed here such as first and last name along with email.
Order & Ticket Number
The Shopify order number and the QR code ticket number are shown here.
Description
This description is pulled from the product description and does support rick text such as bolding & line breaks.
Store Information
This section displays the address, phone number, and email of your chosen default Shopify location.
Refund Policy
This information comes directly from the refund policy section in Shopify.
